Mended provides education and support to help families prevent out-of-home placements by equipping parents with the tools they need to create a stable environment. For families working towards reunification, I supervise visits in the home or community while offering hands-on coaching in essential parenting skills.
Parenting Skills Coaching
My Parenting Skills Coaching service is offered in the home or community, tailored specifically to each family's unique needs. I provide monthly reports to the referral agency to ensure consistent communication and progress tracking.
Supervised Visitation Services
Supervised Visitation Services are conducted in the home or community, with Mended managing the coordination between agencies, families, and foster providers. I ensure all parties are aligned in their efforts, although transportation for children or families is not provided. Monthly reports are sent to the referral agency to keep everyone informed of the progress.
